SECTION 1 - PRODUCT USE & ELECTRONICS By purchasing our 3-in-1 Cordless Vacuum/Blower, you acknowledge that this is a high-speed electronic device. You agree to use the product only for its intended purposes (PC cleaning, car detailing, home dusting). We are not liable for any damage to electronic components (GPUs, Motherboards) caused by improper handling or static discharge if the device is used contrary to the provided instructions.

SECTION 2 - ACCURACY OF PRODUCT IMAGES We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. All product specifications and technical data are subject to change without notice.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

 

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING & LOSS All shipping times provided are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from EasyVac pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites.
