Refund policy

Overview
We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unassembled, with all tags, and in its original premium packaging.

Damages and Issues (Mandatory Inspection)
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at ecommsyeo@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please note: Claims for shipping damage made after this 48-hour window may be subject to additional verification. By using the product, you confirm that it was received in good working condition.

Required Evidence for Claims
To process a claim for a damaged or defective item, you must provide:

  1. Clear high-resolution photos showing the damage or the incorrect item.

  2. A continuous video demonstrating the defect (e.g., the device failing to start) or an unboxing video.

Anti-Fraud Note: All evidence must be original. The use of AI-generated imagery, Photoshop, or any digital manipulation to simulate damage is strictly prohibited. Falsified claims will result in immediate rejection and a report to the payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items & Hygiene Exceptions
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Vacuums that have been used to clean debris, dust, liquid, or hair.

  • Devices with used, washed, or soiled filters.

  • Items not in their original packaging or with missing accessories.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning your item.

  • Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Non-refundable: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
